- Crafting an aesthetic physique is not simply a matter of loading iron on a bar & pounding the muscle. Body Sculpting is akin to an artist sculpting where the unnecessary is carefully removed to accentuate shape and the necessary is slowly contoured until the masterpiece has fulfilled the artist's vision. A sculptor uses knives & chisels to shape his masterpiece. A body sculptor uses iron, determination, & nutrition to shape his. For a body sculptor,the most important tool's in one's toolchest are the knowledge & skill of physiology. Knowledge about how a muscle works & grows and the necessary skill's to utilize that knowledge to perform the exercises that stimulate growth. For me training is a FORM of moving meditation, follow my path to fitness.
